Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rüya Defteri (Dream Journal — AI Interpretation) mobile application ("the App") published by Codebiy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of the Service
The App is a personal dream journal that lets you record dreams, request AI-generated interpretations and visualizations, track statistics, and sync your journal across devices. Some features require an internet connection and consume AI tokens.
Accounts
The App signs you in anonymously by default. You may optionally link an email account to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your data.
Subscriptions, Tokens, and Purchases
Premium subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings. Token packs are one-time consumable purchases. All payments are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies. Unused tokens have no monetary value and are not refundable.

Dream interpretations and images are generated automatically by AI models. They are provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. If you have concerns about your mental health, consult a qualified professional. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you use it at your own discretion.
Acceptable Use
When using the App you agree not to:
- •Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- •Abuse the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content
- •Resell or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding your journal entries) are owned by Codebiy and protected by applicable laws. Your dream entries remain yours. You retain rights to images generated from your dreams for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codebiy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Türkiye.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
