Purchases

If a purchase did not arrive, open Settings in the game and tap "Restore purchases" while you are online. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Progress after a reinstall

Your progress is saved to your anonymous game account. On the same device it usually comes back after a reinstall. Deleting the account in Settings removes it for good.

Ads and privacy choices

Your tracking choice is in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. Where Google's consent message applies, "Privacy choices" in the game's Settings changes your ad choice. What the game keeps and why is in the privacy policy.

Delete your account

Open Settings in the game and tap "Delete account". It needs a connection, and it cannot be undone.
