The day's slip
Once a day Apple publishes a sales report for your developer account. Tillroll prints it as a slip: every app and in-app purchase that sold, the country, the units and your proceeds, then a total in your currency.
For App Store developers · iPhone and iPad
A shop ends its day by printing the till's closing slip. Tillroll does the same for your apps: it reads Apple's daily sales report on your device, with your own App Store Connect API key, and prints what sold, where, and what you earned.

The film
A phone stands asleep on a plain warm ground. Its screen wakes: Wednesday, 7 October, 14:07. Words: Somewhere, someone buys your app.
The phone shakes like a struck bell and a notification drops in: Orbit Chess, 1 sale, Germany. Words: Your phone rings.
Two more notifications arrive through the evening, each with a ring: Lantern Notes, 1 sale, Türkiye; Tide Clock, 1 sale, United States. Words: One ring for every sale.
The next morning the clock reads 08:15, Thursday, 8 October. Then the phone rises and a till slip feeds out of a slot in its lower edge. Each notification drops down off the screen and prints as a row of the slip; a total prints last: about 6 dollars 97. Words: By morning, the day is one slip.
The slip is cut off; the phone leaves, and the slip grows to fill its side of the picture. Words: Tillroll. Your app sales, as till slips.
Sound: a voice speaks the words of each scene over soft marimba and piano music; a small bell at each notification, paper feeding as each part of the slip prints, and a tear when the slip is cut.
What it does
Once a day Apple publishes a sales report for your developer account. Tillroll prints it as a slip: every app and in-app purchase that sold, the country, the units and your proceeds, then a total in your currency.
Your slips are kept newest on top. A summary slip adds up the last 7, 30 or 90 days and compares them with the period before. The price list ranks your apps and in-app purchases for the period you choose.
Optional, and off until you switch it on. Connect one of your apps and your phone rings for a sale: a paid app rings when a buyer first opens it, and Apple rings for an in-app purchase, a subscription or a refund.
The key is stored in the iOS Keychain, on this device only. Reports come from Apple straight to your device and stay there. No ads, no tracking and no analytics of how you use the app.
Apple publishes one sales report a day, the morning after, Pacific Time. No app can show a day's figures before that report exists. Only the bell rings sooner, and each time for a single sale. Proceeds in the reports are Apple's estimates, not payouts; a total converted to your currency is marked “≈”.
