Define the need.
We discuss who the product is for and what they need to do. Together, we define the assumptions, constraints and scope of the first release.
Codebiy is Ege Bilge’s independent software studio. We build our own products and develop web, SaaS and AI projects for companies. AI is part of our research, design, development and review process.
User flows, interfaces, data and integrations belong to the same product. We consider the idea as a whole, turning it into an explorable prototype and then a working release.
We build developer tools with Wharfy, document experiences with Papyro, business workflows with Portaleb and mobile AI experiences with Dream Journal. Questions from our own products also inform the projects we work on together.
We discuss who the product is for and what they need to do. Together, we define the assumptions, constraints and scope of the first release.
We turn flows into working prototypes with real content. We try design decisions on screen and refine them through feedback.
We actively use AI for research, design alternatives, code and test scenarios. We review its output and take responsibility for product decisions and final checks.
Source code, documentation and next steps are part of the first release. What we learn from use helps guide further development.
From project brief to prototype, working release to launch plan. Each stage produces something we can review together.
We discuss the goal, the people and the current conditions. AI helps expand research and possible flows; we choose the questions to test and the scope together.
OUTPUT / A SHARED PROJECT FRAMEWe develop flow and interface alternatives with AI assistance. We review the working prototype with real content and bring feedback into the design.
OUTPUT / AN EXPLORABLE PROTOTYPEWe connect the interface, data and integrations. We use AI for code, review and test scenarios, then run the application to verify its behaviour.
OUTPUT / A WORKING PRODUCTWe complete release preparation, documentation and next steps together. What people do with the product helps shape its development plan.
