Privacy policy

Progress stored on your device

No account is required. Progress, cash, stock, visits and sale records are stored as a local JSON file in the app’s on-device storage; sound and haptic preferences are stored locally. The app does not send this data to the developer or to any server. The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. It contains no advertising, user tracking or analytics.

Permissions, sound and connection

Gameplay does not require an internet connection, and the app does not use the network. The app does not request camera, microphone, location or contacts access. The garage’s 3D viewer does not use the device camera. Sound effects, ambient sound and character voice lines are pre-recorded audio files bundled with the app (created with AI voice and sound tools); nothing is recorded from the microphone. The app contains no account, in-app purchase or subscription.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains while the app’s data is on your device. Starting a new shop preserves the previous save as a local archive; this is not an erase-all-data action. Deleting the app together with its data removes saves and preferences. Removing its Home Screen icon or offloading the app does not erase its data. The game has no cloud sync service. Apple device backups may include app data depending on your settings; restoring a backup may restore earlier saves.

Apple services

İkinci El Dükkânı is a one-time paid download from the App Store. The purchase and payment are handled entirely by Apple; the developer never sees your payment details. The App Store, device backup and diagnostics services are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. If you send the developer a support message, the content you choose to share reaches the developer only as part of that communication.

Support messages and policy changes

When you email support, your message, email address and any details you choose to attach are used to respond to your request. Share only what is needed. Contact publisher Orhan Ege Bilge at the address below for privacy or deletion requests. If the app’s data practices change, this policy and its update date will be revised.

Include the game name, your iPhone or iPad model, operating system and app version, and steps leading to the issue. Hide private information in screenshots. Do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary personal data.
