How are the stories created?
You set up a profile with your child's first name, age, and favorite things, then pick a theme for tonight. In about a minute the app writes a 6–10 page story with an illustration on every page and reads it aloud. Every story passes an automated child-safety review before it is shown.
What do I get for free, and what does Pro add?
The bundled stories and your library are free forever. Moonhush Pro unlocks a newly generated, personalized story every night.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the period ends.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the Parents area, pass the parental gate, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
Do stories work offline?
Yes. Every story in your library replays offline, including illustrations and narration. Creating a new story requires a connection.
Which languages are supported?
Stories and the app are written natively in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, and French — you pick the story language in the profile.
What is the parental gate?
Everything involving money or settings is behind a simple arithmetic question only an adult is expected to solve. Children only ever tap pictures.
How do I delete our data?
Deleting the app removes the anonymous session on your device. To delete all server-side data (profile, stories, media), email us and we will remove it.
