Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Moonhush: Bedtime Stories mobile application ("the App") published by Codebiy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian; by using it you confirm you are an adult acting for your child.
Description of the Service
The App creates personalized, illustrated, narrated bedtime stories for children based on a profile a parent provides, and keeps them in a library for offline replay. Story generation requires an internet connection; bundled stories and the library work offline.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Moonhush Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription billed to your Apple ID, with a free trial where offered. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your device's App Store settings. All payments are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies. All purchase flows in the App sit behind a parental gate.
AI Content Disclaimer
Stories, illustrations, and narration are generated automatically by AI models from the profile and theme a parent provides, and pass an automated child-safety review before being shown. They are provided for entertainment and bedtime-routine purposes. AI output can occasionally be imperfect; if a story ever seems off, contact us and we will investigate.
Acceptable Use
When using the App you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Attempt to abuse the story engine to generate content unsuitable for children
- Resell or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its bundled content are owned by Codebiy and protected by applicable laws. Stories generated for your profile are yours to keep and replay for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codebiy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Türkiye.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
