How do I start my first voyage?
Select each line and tap two different piers. Start when every pier can reach the others. A passenger’s number is their destination. The pier manifest lists how many passengers are waiting for each destination in larger text.
Ferry classes and decks
Choose your fleet before sailing: the 5-seat City ferry, fast 3-seat Gull or slower 8-seat Harbor giant. Only one of each specialist class is available. Each delivery earns one in-game coin; spend 12 to add three seats to a selected ferry once.
Why did the voyage end?
A queue of at least 14 passengers for 10 seconds ends the voyage early. Try shorter routes, different hulls or extra decks. Campaign shifts last 180 seconds; medals require both completion and the delivery target.
What happens when I change a route?
Editing stops time. Onboard passengers return to their last departure pier without delivery rewards. Be careful not to disconnect part of your network when choosing a new link.
Saving and freeplay
Voyages save automatically on your device. Background, home and settings pause play; resume manually. Starting another voyage replaces the active save but keeps records and medals. Freeplay has no deadline, keeps a separate record and does not award campaign medals.
Restoring a purchase
Open purchases from harbor selection and restore using the Apple account that made the purchase. The full game unlocks Izmir and the Lantern Islands. Restore does not move a saved voyage from another device. If access cannot be verified, a premium voyage is paused without deleting it.
Audio, language and accessibility
Help and settings include separate music, natural water ambience and effect levels, haptic controls and Turkish/English language selection. Check silent mode and media volume. A phone call or disconnected headphones may pause play. Numeric map labels and the scalable manifest can be used together.
Email support
Include the game name, iPhone model, iOS and app versions, and the steps that caused the issue. Do not share passwords, payment details or private notifications.
